The Women's Room - Marilyn French I read this years ago and I swear it changed my attitude about what was possible for a woman to have and to refuse. I haven't read it in years but I will re-read it someday for sure.

I vaguely remember the movie with Colleen Dewhurst and Lee Remick. Would love to find and watch that again someday!
